Are there any correctional facilities in louisiana that would take books i wish to donate?

i may have to leave the home i'm in soon due to really bad issues concerning my spouse and his family. if i have to leave quickly, i may not be able to take all of my books and i do not want them going into any member of his family's hands. i know that people who are in correctional facilities don't have much, and i think i remember reading they don't have too many books. would they take them? if not, does anyone know of a good organization that could use them? thank you.
