Does it bug anyone else that people of today like to dress without dignity?

Or maybe it is just the city that I live in. At any rate, I have noticed that a lot of the people here dress dangerously or seemingly without dignity. Tattoos and piercings and slutty clothing are rampant here and the people who display them have somewhat of a chip on their shoulder about it. If you were to look out your window some days you'd swear you were within the limits of the San Quentin correctional institute.
