Loan to open ice cream store?

im 18 and i want to open a ice cream store i need about $20,000 but i have no credit and no collateral for a loan.But im now a correctional officer and make about 2,000 dollars a month would that help me beacause i have a job and i would have the business so i would be able to pay the money back and if it did get the loan how would i have to get it
