Prank call from correctional number?

ok so i know you can change your outgoing number when calling someone. My friend called me 3 times today from a correctional center number... she told me she got arrested , told me why !! I called the correctional center and gave them her name, wanted to know what the bond was and why she was arrested..and when is visitation but they said no one is locked up with that name !! Im wondering if this was a prank. It did say to press 0 to accept.. and we talked for like 10 minz then it said u have 60 secs to finish your call "typical when inmates call home" !! IDK what to think !!
