What facilities use full body turnstiles ?

I want to incorporate one of these gnarly things in a short story of mine. Thing is, I don't quite know what facilities use them. I was HOPING that they'd be used in wards with high-risk patients and/or correctional facilities. Anyone know where they'd be used?
