What is it like for women serving their two-five days for a DUI sentence at Niantic Correctional in CT?

A relative of mine is going to be sentenced to a two-day sentence at Niantic in CT on a Thursday. We heard that the release might not be until Monday? Will she be put in with the regular crowd or is there a special unit with other short-term inmates? What is the treatment like?
